Capa First Response is an online platform for families & Professionals – supporting those impacted by a child using harmful and/or aggressive behaviours towards a parent or caregiver. This is often referred to as ‘CAPVA’ Child or Adolescent to Parent Violence and Abuse.
Current role vacancies:
Freelance Part-time Finance Officer at Capa First Response
This role includes:
- Raising invoices for our training and service delivery, and ensuring prompt payment.
- Posting invoices from suppliers and making payments.
- Run the monthly payroll and pay employees, freelance workers and the HMRC.
- Process expense claims.
- Maintaining records as required by the HMRC, grant funders and other legislative bodies.
- Providing monthly reporting to the director on income trends, grant usage, profit and loss and cash flow.
- Attend online team meetings actively participating in discussion.
- Other duties as required to support the financial administration of Capa and the work it undertakes
- To be aware of all relevant organisation policies and procedures, and remain compliant with these throughout employment.
- Prepare annual accounts with the finance director.
Essential requirements are:
Working knowledge of Xero software
While this post requires no formal qualification, someone with a minimum AAT Level 3 qualification is desirable.
