How we measure & learn
We use trauma‑informed, voluntary, inclusive data collection. We strive to use the data and insights available to us to effectively make changes to our service.
Capa is implementing its first CRM. This means in future years reflection through data analysis will be easier.
We have also redeveloped our referral and evaluation forms to ensure we can effectively measure distance travelled in families experiences.
We currently collect:
- Referral and triage data
- Engagement data
- Confidence
- Safety and relationship scores (pre/post service),
- Qualitative feedback,
- Practitioner reflections,
- Case studies.
Every year we produce annual trends analysis- sometimes this is a detailed annual report, and sometimes it is a shorter impact report dependent on resources available. We also produce funder reports. We anticipate that the CRM will enable us to produce a detailed annual report from 2026.
