What our data & insights tell us
The data we collect is vital for us to understand the needs of the families we support, and how best to deliver that support. On this page you will find some statistics to understand more about the families who use our services.
We are committed to reaching more families through collaboration and partnership at grassroots level with ‘by and for’ groups and are actively seeking resources to support us to do this.
Demand for training for professionals about CAPVA is growing significantly, and our feedback shows that professionals value the practical takeaways from our specialist training, enabling them to immediately embed supportive practice for families.
LIMITATIONS
As an organisation we work hard to make sure we hear all the voices of those we support, however:
- Not all families complete our follow‑up surveys.
- Longer-term changes can be harder to track- although we do hope to formalise this process in the near future.
