Lindsay Adams began working with Capa in 2022 and provides business development and statutory, trusts and foundations fundraising support. Lindsay has a background in community development, and in particular capacity building with voluntary and community sector organisations, multi-agency partnership service development and commissioning.
In recent years, Lindsay has worked with Domestic Abuse Support services through her role as Strategic Commissioner at East Sussex County Council, and recognises the importance of, and need to deliver support for families experiencing child and adolescent to parent violence and aggression- especially believing in the importance of early intervention and emotional support.
