Capa First Response is an online platform for families & Professionals – supporting those impacted by a child using harmful and/or aggressive behaviours towards a parent or caregiver. This is often referred to as ‘CAPVA’ Child or Adolescent to Parent Violence and Abuse.
Current role vacancies:
Volunteer Male Group Facilitator (2.5 hrs per week)
We are seeking a male volunteer group facilitator to support our online 6-week group programme for parents and carers experiencing Child-to-Parent
Aggression and/or Harm.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help families feel heard, understood, and less alone. You’ll work alongside an experienced practitioner to co-facilitate weekly Zoom sessions, encourage reflective discussion, and help create a safe, compassionate space where families can build understanding and confidence. Full training, supervision, and guidance are provided.

To facilitate development of a nation-wide network of consistent, accessible, quality support for families, and to raise awareness amongst families and professionals around children/adolescents who use harmful and/or aggressive behaviour towards a parent/carer.
