Specialist one-to-one support for families
Specialist one-to-one support for families
Our specialist 1:1 support provides parents and carers with a confidential space to explore their family’s individual experiences of child-to-parent aggression and harmful behaviour. Working alongside an experienced Capa practitioner, we help you develop a deeper understanding of what may be happening beneath the behaviour, identify patterns, explore factors that may be contributing to difficulties and develop practical strategies tailored to your family.
Using Capa’s relational, non-blaming S.N.A.P. approach, we focus on increasing safety, strengthening confidence, improving communication and supporting positive change within family relationships. Sessions are guided by your family’s needs and circumstances, recognising that every child, parent and family is different.
Our support is available to parents and carers of children and young people up to the age of 18, and up to 25 where there is diagnosed or suspected neurodivergence. Sessions take place online or by telephone, allowing families to access specialist support wherever they live.
Individual support. Practical strategies. Meaningful change.
